Zero Tolernace
Flourish has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior. Verbal or physical conduct of sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment, and we will NOT hesitate to call the police. You will not be allowed to enter Flourish and I will spread the word to other service providers of who you are. Our workplace is a safe space and our job as providers is ONLY available to clients who appreciate and are respectful of our time, energy, & space.

We also, even as service industry providers are NOT REQUIRED to accommodate your needs; BUT I can promise you we do everything we can. We love and appreciate you tremendously. HOWEVER; Disrespectful behavior is guaranteed to get you "fired". Be Kind, always.
Cancellation Policy
No shows will be required to pay prior to any future appointments. repeat no shows or cancellation will not be able to book future appointments and will have to call same day.

*We understand things come up and people get sick. However, our time is precious as service providers, and we want to hold time slots for people who show up for their appointments.
Cancellation Due to Illness
We all suffer from colds, flus, and now Covid. Please be vigilant of how you are feeling and cancel your appointment until you are feeling better. We will work with you to get you rescheduled as soon as possible. Bekah and I work very closely with our clients and want to keep everyone as healthy as possible!
Gift Certificate Holders
I understand that our schedules are packed and getting in the appointment book can be difficult. Please know that we will work with you the best we can and will honor the gift certificate as long as you call THE MONTH IT IS DUE TO EXPIRE. Any questions, please call the Studio (814) 254-4756
