Zero Tolerance

Flourish has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior. Verbal or physical conduct of sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment, and we will NOT hesitate to call the police. Our workplace is a safe space and our job as providers is ONLY available to clients who appreciate and are respectful of our time, energy, & space.

Cancellation Policy
 

It is our policy here at Flourish Massage Therapy & Beauty Studio, that as a client, your space and time for each appointment is specifically meant for you. If in ay circumstance you cannot make your scheduled appointment, it is not acceptable to send another person in your spot, unless it is an EXISTING CLIENT. If someone comes at the appointment time and IS NOT an existing client, they will not be seen.

If you are sending someone in your family or a friend that is already a client, please give me a heads up. If you cannot make your appoint and need to cancel same day, please know there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price. 

​

NO SHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 100% OF THE MISSED SERVICE.

Gift Certificate Holders
